1. Entertainment Only
K-BeautyCode provides personal color analysis, face reading (gwansang), Saju fortune telling, compatibility (궁합), and related tools based on traditional Korean philosophy and AI-generated interpretations. All results are for entertainment and cultural exploration purposes only. They are not scientific, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not make life decisions based solely on our results. AI-generated interpretations reflect patterns in training data and traditional frameworks — they are not predictions of future events.
2. Free and Paid Features
Most tools on K-BeautyCode are free to use with no account required. Certain premium features — currently the AI Deep Report — require payment. Paid features are clearly marked with a price before purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. The listed price for the AI Deep Report is USD $6.99. Initial paid access is limited to customers who ordinarily reside in the United States. Applicable sales tax may be added where we are registered and required to collect it. Prices or market availability may change with notice on the relevant page.
3. Payment Terms
The seller is Kit4AI (키트포에이아이) (representative: Hanjun Yoo (유한준), business registration no. 337-52-00901), located at 3F, S114, 37 Ewhayeodae 7-gil, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (Daehyeon-dong). Mail-order sales status: Exempt for 2026 (fewer than 50 mail-order transactions in the preceding year).
K-BeautyCode is the seller. Overseas-card payments are processed by TossPayments as our payment gateway. TossPayments authorizes the card and settles funds to us; it is not the seller and does not assume our tax obligations. See the TossPayments Privacy Policy. We do not collect, process, or store full payment card information.
Refund Policy (청약철회): In accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. However, because AI Deep Reports are digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, checkout requires a separate, unchecked consent requesting immediate delivery and acknowledging that the withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins. The applicable exception depends on mandatory consumer law, including the conditions in 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항. If a technical error prevents report delivery, contact us at tonydev901@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount charged, including tax.
To request a refund, email tonydev901@gmail.com with your TossPayments receipt or order identifier. Approved refunds are processed through TossPayments. Tax collected at checkout, if any, is refunded with the charge. When a refund or payment dispute is processed, report access and cached report copies are revoked automatically. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should also be reported to us and, where appropriate, through your payment method's dispute process.
4. Affiliate Links Disclosure
K-BeautyCode participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some product recommendations on our site contain affiliate links. If you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose the financial relationship clearly next to recommendations and purchase links, using language such as "we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you." Technical attributes such as rel="sponsored" do not replace this visible notice. Our recommendations are based on seasonal color analysis results and are not influenced by commission structures.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service at scale.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI prompts or model outputs for commercial use.
- Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute purchased AI Deep Reports.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The K-BeautyCode name, logo, design, and original content are the property of K-BeautyCode. AI-generated interpretations and images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your free results on social media with attribution. Purchased AI Deep Reports are licensed for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any analysis result. AI interpretations are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or culturally insensitive content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-BeautyCode and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid feature shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific feature. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K-BeautyCode, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Face photos are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. Card data is handled by TossPayments.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with Korean law, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법).
For consumer disputes, the procedures under the Framework Act on Consumers (소비자기본법) and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법) shall apply. You may also seek resolution through the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원, www.kca.go.kr) or the Fair Trade Mediation Agency (공정거래조정원).
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
